Welcome
Lord of all people, your arms reach out to embrace all those who call upon you. Teach us as disciples of your Son to love the world with compassion and constancy, that your name be known throughout the earth, through Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Lord. Amen.

CONFESSION AND FORGIVENESS
P: Blessed be the holy Trinity, one God, whose steadfast love is everlasting, whose faithfulness endures from generation to generation.
C: Amen P: Trusting in the mercy of God, let us confess our sin. Silence is kept for reflection. |
P: Reconciling God,
C: We confess that we do not trust your abundance and we deny your presence in our lives. We place our hope in ourselves and rely on our own efforts. We fail to believe that you provide enough for all. We abuse your good creation for our own benefit. We fear difference and do not welcome others as you have welcomed us. We sin in thought, word, and deed. By your grace, forgive us; through your love, renew us; and in your Spirit, lead us; so that we may live and serve you in newness of life. Amen. |
P: Beloved of God, by the radical abundance of divine mercy we have peace with God through Jesus Christ, through whom we have obtained grace upon grace.
Our sins are forgiven. Let us live now in hope. For hope does not disappoint, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. C: Amen. |

OFFERTORY Prayer
God of goodness and growth, all creation is yours, and your faithfulness is as firm as the heavens. Water and word, wine and bread: these are signs of your abundant grace. Nourish us through these gifts, that we might proclaim your steadfast love in our communities and in the world, through Jesus Christ, our strength and our song.
Amen.
Amen.

PRAYERS & Blessing
THE LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.

FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE:
As you know, Glory Lutheran Church has come to an agreement with the National Church to purchase the back 28 acres of land for $300,000. We are in the process of creating a Fundraising Campaign Committee to provide leadership to the fundraising initiative. If you are interested in joining this committee, please contact Pat Becker or Aroon Sequeira. We would be especially thankful for volunteers who would be willing to make phone calls. These calls would be to touch base with members of our congregation to see if they have received fundraising materials and if they have any questions. Thank you for prayerfully considering this opportunity.

Sending Song
O For a thousand tongues to sing
My great Redeemer's praise! The glories of my God and King, The triumphs of His grace! Jesus! the Name that charms our fears, That bids our sorrows cease; 'Tis music in the sinner's ears, 'Tis life, and health, and peace. He breaks the power of cancell'd sin, He sets the prisoner free; His blood can make the foulest clean, His blood avail'd for me. |
Hear him, ye deaf; his praise, ye dumb,
Your loosen'd tongues employ; Ye blind, behold your Saviour come, And leap, ye lame, for joy. My gracious Master and my God, Assist me to proclaim, To spread through all the earth abroad The honors of Thy name. |
