Lord of all people, your arms reach out to embrace all those who call upon you. Teach us as disciples of your Son to love the world with compassion and constancy, that your name be known throughout the earth, through Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Lord. Amen.

CONFESSION AND FORGIVENESS

P:  Blessed be the holy Trinity, one God, whose steadfast love is everlasting, whose faithfulness endures from generation to generation.

P:  Trusting in the mercy of God, let us confess our sin.

P:  Reconciling God,
C:  We confess that we do not trust your abundance
and we deny your presence in our lives.
We place our hope in ourselves
and rely on our own efforts.
We fail to believe that you provide enough for all.
We abuse your good creation for our own benefit.

Announcements

Extra washable masks have been sewn and donated by Kwai-Lan Leslie, and can be picked up from the kitchen counter at the church. They are available in two adult sizes, as well sizes for teens and kids.  There is an opening in the mask to insert an extra filter if you wish. Filters are also available. Thank You to Kwai-Lan for her work of love! Please remember: When you wear a mask you protect others. When others wear one, they protect you.

FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE:
As you know, Glory Lutheran Church has come to an agreement with the National Church to purchase the back 28 acres of land for $300,000. We are in the process of creating a Fundraising Campaign Committee to provide leadership to the fundraising initiative. If you are interested in joining this committee, please contact Pat Becker or Aroon Sequeira. We would be especially thankful for volunteers who would be willing to make phone calls. These calls would be to touch base with members of our congregation to see if they have received fundraising materials and if they have any questions. Thank you for prayerfully considering this opportunity.
